Girl friends shoot | 10 year reunion

Girl friends are super special. Especially the ones that you make (and keep) for life :) When Megan contacted me to ask for a 10-year-highschool-friends-reunion shoot, it made my heart so happy :) These lovely ladies have been friends since high school, and have made the effort to be an active part of each others live since then, in spite of being spread all over the country. That makes me smile :) They decided to celebrate their 10 year school reunion by all traveling to Cape Town to have a fun-filled weekend together, part of which was my shoot with them. We had such a fun couple of hours together - it was incredibly special to see the bonds these lovelies share :)
Megan, Sam, Che, Tarryn, Cindy & Vivienne, thank you so much for a shoot filled with fun, laughter and beauty! It was an honor :) xx

They brought along special Gerbera daisies - one color for each lovely!

As you may have noticed, Megan is expecting a wee one soon :) Gonna be lots of aunty love!!

 So so beautiful :)
 Laughter is beautiful :)
 See?
We were blessed with some gorgeous winter light :)

So special to see the friendships as a whole and as individuals :)

 Rocking the grass catwalk ;)

LOVED this idea that they had - paper confetti!! I had them throw some up in the air and some at me and love the end result :)
Paper confetti does however not so much agree with hair ;)
Such beautiful bright colors against the dry dead leaves :)
 Too gorgeous for words :)
Bravely traversing the swing bridge ;)

Teehee, these mini-umbrellas gave everyone the giggles ;)
I cannot tell you have much a giggled to myself whilst editing these!
 Work it ;)
And of course no crazy girls shoot is complete without a jumping shot!

Ag could they be any more lovely?

 More hilarity ;)
These ladies are rocking some gorgeous jewels :)
 Album cover vibes :)
Couldn't resist the bright nasturtiums :)

 Beautiful peeping ladies :)

For some of the final shots I did individuals of each lovely - are they not a seriously good-looking bunch? I told them they were probably the gorgeous mean girls in high school, just without the mean part ;)
 Tarryn is engaged!!
And I thought I'd end off with one of Megan's beautiful, perfect bump as it looks toward all the beautiful moments and happiness in store for these ladies individually and as a group :)
